Must have a CDL-A:
Have a clean driving record, and the ability to pass DOT Physical and Drug and Alcohol screening.

Knowledge and Skill

  • Associate’s degree in electrical, mechanical, plumbing type trade or:
  • 3 years of experience as a maintenance worker
  • Basic HVAC skills
  • Basic to intermediate plumbing skills.
  • Basic electrical skills
  • Basic carpentry skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Ability to operate a forklift and small equipment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to be self-motivate and observant with preventative maintenance

Knowledge and Skill

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Ornamental Horticulture or:
  • Associate’s degree in Horticulture with 1-2 years of growing experience or:
  • 3 years of growing experience
  • Pesticide Applicator license preferred
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office and Priva
  • Ability to operate small equipment (ex. – forklift)
